The App uses the YouTube Data API v3 (provided by Google LLC) to display cooking videos from the Satyam's Kitchen YouTube channel. When you browse or search videos within the App, your search query is sent to the YouTube API. This is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and YouTube's Terms of Service.
Recipe and blog content is fetched from the public WordPress REST API at satyamskitchen.com. No personal information is sent in these requests beyond a standard User-Agent header identifying the App.
The App does not contain any advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics libraries.

Notifications are delivered using the device's native notification system (Apple Push Notification Service on iOS, Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android). You may disable notifications at any time in the App's notification settings or in your device's system settings.
The App is rated suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
Because all user-generated data (favourites, shopping lists, meal plans) is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device's own security mechanisms (screen lock, device encryption). We do not transmit this data and therefore cannot be responsible for its security once it leaves your device (for example, if you back it up to a cloud service independently).
