Afghani Chicken Kebab: The art of making from marination to grilling

Kebab-e-Murgh or Afghani chicken kebab is a mildly spiced chicken kebab commonly served with some saffron basmati rice. Here the Chicken is tenderized by marinating it overnight along with the spices. Usually, it is grilled in a tandoor, but since we are making this at home, we will grill it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. We have used chicken thighs for this recipe as the kebab would turn out to be juicy, you can even use chicken breasts.
