In a Blender, Add a cup of Dragon fruit, Banana, Dates, and Milk. Blend it to all to a smooth thick consistency.
Pour it into a bowl and top it with your favorite toppings.
Here I have topped with Strawberries, Oats Granola clusters, Desiccated Coconut, and Chia seeds.
