12 Deveined Prawns
3 tbsp Rice Powder
1 tbsp Chilli Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Tamarind Juice
⅓ cup Coconut Oil
1 cup Rava/Semolina
1 tsp Salt (As per requirement)
Marinate the Prawns for 30-45 mins

In a Bowl, Add-in Rice powder, Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Tamarind juice, Salt, and Water.

Mix them well into a fine paste and check its taste before adding in the Prawns.

Add in the Prawns and Mix it all evenly on both sides. Let this sit for 30-45 mins.
Shallow Fry the Prawns

In a pan add in Coconut oil and allow it to heat.

Dip the Prawns in the Rava/Semolina evenly on both sides and start placing them on the Pan.

Fry and toss it on both sides till the Prawns are cooked well and the Rava covering is crunchy.

Prawns Rava Fry is now ready!
