Onion Pakoda

Onion Bhajji originates from India. A deep-fried crispy snack loved by everyone around the world is made from Onion and Chickpea Batter. Once you start to munch on it, you won't put a stop to it. Let's learn how to make the best crispy Onion Pakoda at home in less than 20 mins.

 2 Onion, Medium and Thin sliced
 3 Green Chilies , Finely chopped
 3 tbsp Coriander Leaves,Chopped
 1 tbsp Curry Leaves,Chopped
 5 tbsp Chickpea powder
 1 pinch Baking soda
 Salt (As per requirement)

In a mixing bowl, add finely sliced Onions, Coriander Leaves, Chillies, Curry leaves and Salt

Now start to crush them using hands until the Onion releases water.

Now add in portions of Chickpea powder and Baking soda and mix it well. Mix till it's semi-liquid.

Collect batter little by little hands and start to deep fry them till its crispy and evenly coloured brown.

Onion Bhajji is now ready!
