Tomato Raita

Raita is an Indian condiment made from yogurt mixed together with a variety of vegetables and herbs and typically served as a side dish. In this recipe, we are going to Blend in Tomato, Onions, and Yoghurt. This recipe comes together for about 10 mins made from very few ingredients.

 2 Tomatoes, medium and sliced
 1 Onion, Large Thin sliced
 1 Green Chili ,chopped
 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves ,chopped
 4 tbsp Water
 5 tbsp Yogurt
 Salt (As Per Requirement)

In a Mixing Bowl, Add Tomatoes, Onions, Chopped Chilli, Chopped Coriander, Salt, and Yogurt.

Mix them well by adding 4 tbsps of water.
