1 Chicken Breast
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
¾ tsp Garam Masala Powder
6 Crushed Garlic
1 inch Crushed Ginger
½ Lemon
3 tbsp Yogurt
1 tsp Salt
Marinate the chicken for at least 4-5 hours

In a bowl, Add in the Diced Chicken breast pieces and Marinate it with all the Ingredients.

Mix all of it well and Marinate the Chicken for at least 4 to 5 hours.
Grill the Marinated Chicken

Lay down aluminium foil on the cooking range oven tray and pre-heat the oven to 180 C for 10 mins.

Start threading the marinated chicken pieces into wooden or metal skewers.

Start placing the Chicken Tikka Skewers in the oven and allow it to grill for 10 mins on one side.

After 10 mins, flip the skewers on the other side and allow it to grill for another 5 mins.

Chicken Tikka is now ready! Serve them with Mint chutney and Lemon.
