2 Chicken Breast Fillets
Salt, To Taste
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1.50 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
½ Lemon
1 tbsp Oil
4 Green Chilli

Marinate the Chicken

Marinate the chicken with salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, and oil. Coat evenly.

Let it marinate overnight for the best flavour.
Making of Roasted Chicken

Heat oil in a pan and add green chilies and curry leaves for extra aroma.

Add the marinated chicken and roast until cooked and golden brown.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
