Ingredients for Solkadhi
15 Dried Kokum Rind (सूखा कोकम छिलका)
1 cup Hot Water (गरम पानी)
1 Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च), Finely Chopped
6 Curry Leaves (कड़ी पत्ते), Finely Chopped
⅙ tsp Asafoetida (हींग)
1 tsp Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर)
¼ tsp Sugar (चीनी)
Salt (नमक), To taste
2.50 cups Coconut Milk (नारियल का दूध)
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ते)
Instructions for Solkadhi
Soak Kokum

Soak the kokum in hot water for 10 minutes until softened.
Mix Ingredients

In the same bowl, add green chilli, curry leaves, cumin powder, salt, asafoetida, sugar, and coconut milk. Stir well until combined.
Garnish and Chill

Garnish with coriander leaves and refrigerate for 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
Serve

Remove the kokum skins and serve the Solkadhi cold for a refreshing drink.
