Tamago Sando

Japanese egg sandwich or Tamago Sando (たまごサンド) is an authentic egg salad sandwich that can be found in every convenient store in Japan. The Egg salad is a creamy and rich egg yolk flavored filling. For this sandwich, we will use the Japanese Kewpie Mayonnaise and Shokupan Bread. The Japanese Pullman Bread is also known as Shokupan is usually soft, sweet, and milky. And the Japanese Kewpie Mayonnaise gives the sandwich an extra tangy and creamy flavor. Combining all of this makes this sandwich one of the best Egg sandwiches that we have tasted.
