 2 Arbi (Taro)
 2 tbsp Oil
 1 tsp Ajwain (Carom seeds)
 2 Finely Chopped Chillies
 ½ inch Finely chopped Ginger
 1 tsp Coriander powder
 ½ tsp Turmeric powder
 ¼ tsp Asafoetida
 ½ tsp Red chilli powder
 ¼ tsp Garam Masala
 Salt (As per requirement)

In a pressure cooker, Add-in Taro and cook it for a 1-2 whistle.

In a pan, add in oil. Once the oil is hot add in the carom seeds. Saute it for a minute.

Add in the finely chopped green chilies and Ginger. Saute it for a minute.

Now add in the spices. Add in Coriander powder, Turmeric powder, Red chili powder, Asafoetida. Cook it for 1-2 minutes and Add in the cooked Arbi(Taro). Mix it all together. Coat the Taro with the masala.

Add in some salt and Garam masala powder. Mix all of them well.

Simmer the dish and cook it for 3-5mins on Medium flame. Arbi Masala is now ready.

Ingredients

 2 Arbi (Taro)

Directions
